Since 2009, I have been supporting companies in planning and implementing the transfer of service organizations to nearshore locations (nearby abroad/Eastern Europe).

My stations were: walter services, Transcom, Capita and Teleperformance

From 2015 to 2018 I reorganized and set up locations in nearshore countries and was located in Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

I have also supported locations in Germany and Western Europe as a consultant (in difficult situations) as a 'change manager': reorganization in first and second level processes/organization, from in-house operational service to a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service center or a shared service center, Digital Transformation
